Who we are

attribut. is operated as a sole trader registered in Warsaw, Poland. The data controller for any personal data you provide is the individual operator reachable at hello@attribut.to.

What data is collected

When you submit the booking form on this site, Formspree (a third-party form processor) collects your name, email address, and any message you enter. Formspree's privacy policy governs that collection.

During a test engagement, you may send a CSV export of order data (order dates and order counts). No customer personal data, payment details, or names are required or requested. If you send data that contains personal information, it is your responsibility to ensure you have the right to share it.

How CSV data is handled

CSV files you share are used solely to run the test. They are deleted within 7 days of the verdict being delivered.

Data is not sold, shared with third parties, used to train machine learning models, or used for any purpose beyond completing your test.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not use analytics scripts, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking beyond the Formspree form submission processor. No cookies are set by attribut. itself.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Processing of data you voluntarily provide is based on contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), specifically to fulfil the test engagement you requested. Booking form data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port personal data held about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@attribut.to. Requests will be addressed within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Poland: uodo.gov.pl.
